1. Artisanal Nature of Products

Every creation showcased on Seema Creations is handcrafted by our master artisans. Because each piece involves manual needlework, natural dyes, and hand-loomed textiles, slight variations in weave texture, motif placement, and dye shade are natural hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST taxes. We reserve the right to revise prices for bespoke couture orders depending on raw material fabric costs and embroidery density requested by the customer.

3. Custom Measurement Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements in inches following our tailoring guide. In the event of minor fit discrepancies, our atelier provides one round of complimentary alteration support.

4. Intellectual Property

All silhouettes, embroidery motifs, photographs, videos, and branding elements appearing on seemacreation.in are the exclusive property of Seema Creations and protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
