We want you to feel extraordinary in your ensemble. If a standard-sized product (XS, S, M, L, XL) does not meet your expectations or sizing needs, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Bespoke & Custom Measurement Orders

Because bespoke pieces are individually patterned and tailored to your personal physical measurements, custom outfits are not eligible for cash refunds. However, we provide 100% Complimentary Alterations to guarantee the ideal fit. Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt and our master-tailor will adjust the piece to your satisfaction.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Alteration

Please reach out to our customer care team via email at support@seemacreation.in or message us directly on WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
